Thanks to Gillie for finding this gem at Bonnie Slotnick's antiquarian cookbook store on W. 10th in NYC. Put out by the Estonian Women's Club of Los Angeles in 1976, this is the first Estonian cookbook published in the US and details every recipe both in English and Estonian! I can't wait to make something from here, Estonian Egg Coffee perhaps? (HA!) Plus, this was a steal, costing only $16 and nearly $75 in some Ebay instances!
