COOKBOOK

So it turns out there are not a whole lot of English language cookbooks out there on Estonian cuisine, so we will be relying heavily on Internet sources and other research methods. However, we did find a wonderful cookbook called Estonian Tastes and Traditions, by Karin Annus Karner, that is wonderful and informative.
